"During my visit to the Starbucks branch in Dakong Balay, Dumaguete, I ordered a venti-sized Pink Drink and had a really enjoyable experience. The location itself stands out—it’s set within the iconic Dakong Balay heritage house, which gives it a unique charm compared to the usual modern Starbucks design. The blend of a cozy coffeehouse atmosphere with the historic Filipino architecture made the visit feel both relaxing and special. My order, the venti Pink Drink, was refreshing and well-prepared. The balance of strawberry açaí flavors with creamy coconut milk was spot on—not too sweet, but light and fruity, perfect for the warm Dumaguete weather. The drink came out quickly, and the presentation was as vibrant as expected. The staff were polite, attentive, and efficient despite the steady flow of customers. Seating inside was comfortable, and the ambiance was peaceful, making it a good spot to unwind, study, or catch up with friends. Overall, this visit to Starbucks Dakong Balay was more than just about the drink—it was about enjoying a familiar favorite in a culturally rich and beautiful setting. I’d definitely recommend stopping by for both the taste and the atmosphere."

"One of the best place to hangout beside the Boulevard in Dumaguete. The interior is super nice, with lots of chairs to stay. I love their Christmas special drinks, peppermint has always been my favorite. Their cookie flavor was pretty delicious too. This place is quite packed most of the time especially on the weekends, nonetheless, they have plenty of space to hangout outdoors or indoors. such a lovely view to enjoy a sip of your coffee or a bite of your favorite pastry or sandwich."

"Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks branches. The staff are kind and courteous. Has plenty of tables and chairs. More importantly, has dedicated area for solo students/yuppies like me! Caveat: parking is challenging during peak hours."

"My first "long receipt" is memorable. Definitely going back to this place. We went to Dumaguete and waited a few hours before the ferry schedule to Siquijor. This is somehow near the Pier (about 15-20min walk). Also near to the famous Sans Rival restaurant. Limited parking spaces, but the indoor and outdoor dining area can accommodate a number of customers."
